Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company's sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., online research, networking, cold calling, email marketing, social media).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Marketing & Communications:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, website).
Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
Plan and execute marketing events (e.g., webinars, trade shows).
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Identify and address customer concerns and issues promptly.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the IT industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA is mandatory.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Passion for technology and the IT industry.
Bonus Points:
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Experience with content management systems (CMS).
Experience with project management methodologies.
