Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth. This dual role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of both sales processes and marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and social media. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth. Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content. Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using CRM and analytics tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales and marketing efforts. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
