Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong command of English, and a proven track record in sales and marketing. This role involves developing and executing strategies to promote our products/services, drive sales growth, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.

Lead Generation:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Marketing Campaigns:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that align with sales objectives and enhance brand awareness.

Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Reporting:

Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Degree or Diploma in any Field .

Experience:

Minimum of 6 month in sales and marketing roles.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and sales data.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
