Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and target new customers for logistics services (Air & Sea freight).
Generate leads via cold calling, references, and networking.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and offer appropriate logistics solutions.
Sales Planning & Target Achievement
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing Initiatives
Support in promotional activities, branding, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate for digital marketing, content creation, and event participation.
Pricing & Negotiation
Prepare competitive quotations for air and ocean freight.
Negotiate rates with clients and close deals profitably.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth execution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain MIS reports and provide market feedback.
Analyze trends and suggest improvements in the sales process.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the logistics/freight forwarding industry
Good understanding of international logistics processes (air/ocean)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
