The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for handling the Marketing and Lead Generation department, where doing various BTL and ATL activities such as School Seminars, Village Seminars, Creating Business Associates, Various Branding activities such as Canopy Activity, Pamphlet Activity etc. Major purpose of these activities will be to increase brand awareness in the region and this increased revenue generation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Ultimate Goal of Business Development Manager is to Increases footfall through different Marketing & Sales activities.
Actively Involvement in developing marketing campaigns to promote a Brand, our Courses & Services we offer.
Maintain and provide strength to company's brand position in assigned regional marketing area.
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
Bring direct admissions for the organization.
Source & shortlist Business Associates as per Company's standards for generating revenue.
Planning the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Finding out Different promotional sources for brand awareness.
Monitoring competitor activity/ Competitor Analysis.
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
Scholarship Test Activity.
