JOB OPENING: Sales & Marketing Executive

J5 Impex is a leading dealer of Construction Consumables and Protection Materials based in Thammanam. We supply high-quality solutions to construction sites, interior projects, and commercial buildings across Ernakulam.

The Role:

We are looking for an active Field Sales Executive to expand our market reach. You will be the face of J5 Impex, meeting industry professionals and securing orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Visits: Visit under-construction residential and commercial sites in Kochi to pitch our range of protection materials and consumables to site supervisors and owners.
B2B Networking: Meet and build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and Civil Contractors.
Lead Generation: Identify new ongoing projects in the city (Edappally, Kakkanad, Kaloor, etc.) where our products are required.
Dealer Network: Visit hardware and paint shops to promote wholesale orders.
Follow-up: Manage quotations and follow up on payments and delivery schedules.
Requirements:

Experience: Experience in Construction materials, Hardware, Plywood, or Interior product sales is a huge advantage.
Transport: Must possess a Two-Wheeler and valid license (Mandatory for site visits).
Language: Fluent in Malayalam; manageable English.
Skills: Smart negotiation skills and ability to talk to contractors and engineers confidently.
Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000
Incentives: High commission on sales targets.
Allowances: Petrol/Travel allowance provided.
