MITHRA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES PVT LTD is a fast-growing firm committed to providing exceptional EDUCATION services in India, overseas education and career guidance. We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets

- Identify and engage potential clients through fieldwork, cold calls, and networking

- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Create and implement promotional campaigns across various platforms

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

- Prepare reports and presentations as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 3-4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (CANDIDATES with strong communication skills can also apply)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems
