Salary + Incentives
Researching the target audience's needs, wants, and habits to create targeted campaigns
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Generate lead and sales opportunities to meet company's business and growth plans and sales
Manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/ inquiries are attended to.
Generate opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
Coordinate with design and execution team throughout the process to make sure all clients requirements are met.
Requirement
Candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience are eligible to apply.
Experience in interior projects, architecture construction, real estate preferably residential sector .
Knowledge in architecture, interior, construction trends.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Should be high-energy individuals willing to go the extra mile.
Strong, self-motivated, and ambitious candidates, driven to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills.
