Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Present, promote, and sell solar products and services to potential clients.
Conduct site assessments and coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility.
Achieve monthly sales targets (minimum 5 projects per month).
Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and market insights to management.
Travel across Kerala as required for business development.
Requirements:
Male candidates preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in
solar sales/marketing
(On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid systems).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic technical knowledge of solar energy solutions is an advantage.
