Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers, designing and executing marketing strategies for our products and services, and implementing performance marketing campaigns to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities :



Sales:



Engage with potential leads and convert them into customers through effective communication and follow-ups. Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services to meet their needs. Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and report weekly/monthly sales progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale service.

Marketing Strategy:



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services across various channels. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to refine campaigns. Work closely with content, design, and development teams to align strategy and output.

Performance Marketing:



Create and manage performance marketing plans across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce CPA. Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales and marketing roles. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):



Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot / Digital Marketing. Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce). Creative mindset for campaign ideation and execution.
