Sales Executives and Business Development Executives

to support business growth across engineering services, inspection, and manpower solutions. The role involves client interaction, lead generation, and coordination with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate

new business opportunities

through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits. Handle

lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination

. Understand client requirements and coordinate with

technical and operations teams

. Prepare

quotations, proposals, presentations, and basic marketing materials

. Maintain

CRM records, sales trackers, and reporting

. Support

marketing activities

, and client outreach programs. Build and maintain

strong client relationships

. Achieve assigned

sales and business development targets

Required Skills

Good

communication and interpersonal skills

. Basic understanding of

sales, marketing, or business development concepts

. Willingness to learn engineering services and technical solutions. Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset. Comfortable with

MS Excel, PowerPoint, email communication

, and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to

B2B sales, engineering services, or manpower solutions

. Knowledge of

industrial, manufacturing, or engineering domains

is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,975.69 per month
