Job Opening: Sales and Marketing Intern - Chessensei

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Leaves: 2 per month during probation

Chessensei is a leading chess academy in Bengaluru dedicated to nurturing young minds through the strategic game of chess. We focus on building critical thinking, patience, and confidence in children by blending traditional coaching with modern methods, making chess both fun and educational.

About the Role:

Chessensei is looking for a proactive and energetic Sales and Marketing Intern to help us expand our presence across schools, communities, and chess enthusiasts. If you enjoy field work, talking to people, and are passionate about education - we'd love to meet you!

Stipend & Benefits:

?12,000/month (Fixed)

?3,000 Travel Allowance

Monthly Performance Bonus ( Depends as per performance )

Probation Period: 3 to 6 months based on performance

Responsibilities:

Visit schools and communities to promote Chessensei's programs

Engage with parents and students to explain course offerings

Support field campaigns and marketing events

Help generate leads and maintain follow-ups

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Kannada preferred)

Must have a bike and valid driving license

Comfortable with field travel within Bengaluru

Eager to learn and take initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
