Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (B2B, industrial clients).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand client technical requirements and offer suitable engineering solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Promote company brand, products, and services through digital and traditional channels.
Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials: brochures, case studies, product datasheets.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as a company representative.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field); MBA or Diploma in Marketing is a plus.
2-5 years of experience in sales/marketing roles within the engineering or industrial solutions sector.
Strong understanding of technical products and customer pain points.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
