Job Description

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, website, and print materials. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvements. Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and advertising activities. Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure brand consistency. Monitor and report on marketing trends, ROI, and analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (1-3 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM). Experience with content creation and social media management. Fluency in [Language(s), if relevant].
