Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries
Explain course offerings, program details, and event participation options
Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into successful sales
Maintain a CRM database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns
Assist in on-ground promotional activities and campaigns when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or education sales preferred
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages
Ability to handle high call volumes and follow up diligently
Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus
