Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our animation studio. You will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our animation services across various industries such as entertainment, advertising, gaming, and education. This position requires a strong understanding of the animation industry and excellent communication skills to effectively convey our creative capabilities to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

Identify and target potential clients who need animation services. Understand client needs and present customized solutions highlighting our animation expertise. Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and oversee payment follow-ups. Track and report sales activities, ensuring revenue targets are met.

Marketing:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote animation services through social media, email, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with the creative team to create marketing materials, including showreels, case studies, and presentations. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts. Represent the studio at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings. Enhance the company's online presence, ensuring the website and social media profiles are engaging and up-to-date.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the animation, media, or entertainment industry. Strong understanding of animation workflows and production processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms. Ability to meet targets, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Traits:

A passion for animation and storytelling. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in animation, such as AR/VR and real-time rendering. Existing network or connections within the animation or entertainment sectors.
