About WonderLab

WonderLab is a venture for children to experience science in a fun and involved manner. Our objective is to help children build a scientific approach that allows them to ask the right set of questions based on logic. We want to inculcate in them, a sense of wonder about how the world works. We dazzle them with mind-blowing experiments such as frozen flowers and giant bubbles leaving them amazed and wanting to learn more. We do this through various platforms by engaging with the parents, teachers, schools, and the kids themselves. Through our workshops and events, we give children and adults a chance to witness just how much fun science can be.

About the job



Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:



A. Sales Support:
1. Sales of Products and Services
2. All Client communication
3. Seamless execution in partnership with operations and content team
4. Tracking Payments
5. Presence on desired platforms - e.g. getting products listed on amazon/ getting services listed on bookmyshow
6. Client Database Management
7. Business Development - Corporate and B2C for events and workshops

B. WonderLab Parent, School & Corporate Enquiries: Manage end to end life cycle of leads.
1. Answer all queries, turning those into paying customers.
2. Connect on an annual basis to increase repeat clientele.
3. Travel to events to understand client requirements and determine future trends.

C. Lead conversion:
1. Timely calling to the queries generated through online marketing campaigns.
2. Respond to the mails & messages received.
3. Work on the online ad campaigns.
