Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Create and manage content across various channels including social media, email, blogs, and the company website. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing projects. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Organize and attend promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches. Manage marketing materials, inventory, and branding consistency across all touchpoints. Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives through CRM, email campaigns, and paid media.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience (freshers with strong internship/project experience may also apply). Strong understanding of marketing concepts, digital platforms, and content creation. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software/tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
