Position : Sales and Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities: As an integral part of the inside sales team, the candidate will be responsible for driving conversions through effective lead engagement, understanding customer needs, and presenting course offerings to prospective students. This role involves counseling students to guide them in selecting the best programs for their career goals, ensuring a seamless enrolment experience. Additionally, the executive will collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, organize events, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. A strong focus on meeting sales targets, maintaining a high-quality customer database, and delivering excellent service is critical to this role.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ?350,000.00 per year
