Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Marketing Responsibilities
Execute marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads
Assist in product launches, events, and promotional activities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
