Role Overview



The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Generation & Sales



Identify and approach prospective clients through calls, visits, and digital channels.

Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.

Assist in preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and product demos.

Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

3. Marketing & Branding Support



Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with the marketing team to generate market-driven leads.

Support social media and digital marketing efforts when required.

4. Sales Reporting & Documentation



Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities.

Share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.

Update CRM or internal tracking systems regularly.

5. Cross-Department Coordination



Coordinate with operations, installation, accounts, and support teams for order execution.

Ensure timely handover of client requirements to relevant departments.

6. Payment & Collection Follow-Up



Follow up with clients for timely payments and documentation.

Assist the accounts team in reducing outstanding dues.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers can be considered).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
