Promote and sell company paint products (decorative, industrial, protective, or automotive paints).
Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, painters, contractors, architects, and builders.
Appoint new dealers and expand distribution network in the assigned area.
Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
Execute marketing activities such as product demonstrations, shade card promotions, painter meets, and dealer meetings.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Collect market feedback and coordinate with the marketing team for new product launches and promotions.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit MIS to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate / Diploma (Marketing or relevant field preferred).
Experience:
1-5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the
paint industry
.
Strong knowledge of paint products, application processes, and market dynamics.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting tools).
