We're seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to own the after-sales experience for our premium clientele. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking across all touch points, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue through strategic after-sales engagement, upselling, and cross-selling premium products/services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring exceptional post-purchase experiences
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that bridge pre-sale and after-sales touchpoints
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for retention, expansion, and advocacy
Collaborate across departments (sales, service, product, finance) to eliminate silos and deliver seamless customer journeys
Track KPIs including retention rates, customer lifetime value, upsell conversion, and NPS scores
Required Qualifications
Proven success B2C sales
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail in client communications, reporting, and process execution
