Position Overview

We are looking for a female Marketing Executive who is a fresh graduate with excellent communication skills in English. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and initiating contact with B2B partners (tour operators, Ayurveda centers, yoga/wellness agencies) as well as B2C clients (individual travelers) in Europe, the US, and the UK. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Thiruvankulam, Kochi office.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential B2B partners such as tour operators, Ayurveda centers, yoga/wellness agencies, and training institutions in Europe, the US, and the UK. Reach out to B2C clients (individual travelers) from these markets through digital platforms, social media, and direct communication. Initiate professional communication via email, phone, and online channels in English. Support the sales team in developing international leads into long-term partnerships. Maintain and update a database of international leads, prospects, and client interactions. Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored for global clients. Work closely with the management to achieve outreach and marketing objectives.
Qualifications & Skills

Fresh graduate Fluent in English (spoken and written) - mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach preferred. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Work Requirements

Full-time, office-based role at Mathew Voyages office in Thiruvankulam, Kochi. All necessary assets (laptop, internet, phone support) will be provided by the company.
