Technical Understanding: Should possess sound knowledge of IoT systems, automation hardware (controllers, drives), and BMS solutions.
Field-Oriented Work: Requires frequent client visits, product demonstrations, and travel across NCR or assigned territory.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Continuous interaction with technical design, marketing, and project execution teams.
Continuous Learning: Needs to stay updated on new automation trends, smart building technologies, and IoT applications.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, client reports, and pipeline updates on CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automation or technology sector.
Strong technical understanding of automation systems and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Experience in prepaid meter is preferable.
