Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI)

and training programs. This is a role for an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for counseling prospective students and driving enrollment in our specialized training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Counselling and Enrollment:
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing detailed information about our PMI-accredited PMP Certification and other training programs.
Sales and Target Achievement:
Convert leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating the value proposition of our courses and meeting monthly sales targets.
Lead Management:
Manage and follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels (digital, events, referrals, etc.).
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students to ensure satisfaction and a smooth training journey.
Market Feedback:
Collect feedback from the market and students to help tailor our course offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum of a
Graduate
degree from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Proven experience in a counseling, sales, or marketing role, preferably in the education or training sector.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and persuade.
Professionalism:
A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and ability to handle high-volume inquiries.
Gender:
Male candidates
are preferred for this position.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Project Management domain or professional certifications (like PMP) is a strong advantage.
