Job Description




We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital marketing, a knack for identifying potential clients, and a desire to contribute to our company's growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing social media campaigns, and implementing SEO strategies to expand our online presence and attract new business. This position is open to graduates, undergraduates, and freshers with a strong aptitude for learning and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:




Lead Generation:

+ Identify and research potential clients across various online platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, and other relevant sources.
+ Utilize social media and other digital channels to engage with potential clients and generate qualified leads.
+ Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Digital Marketing:

+ Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
+ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
+ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

+ Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
+ Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
+ Monitor website analytics and provide insights for SEO improvement.

Client Communication:

+ Respond to inquiries and engage with potential clients in a professional and timely manner.
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
+ Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.

Market Research:

+ Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
+ Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:




Strong interest in digital marketing and client acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using social media platforms and online research tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO. A proactive and results-oriented approach. No bar on education level. Freshers/Interns can also apply

Preferred Skills (but not required):




Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS). Experience with CRM software.
