Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting our range of marble and stone products. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the construction, interior design, and architecture industries and be capable of managing both B2B and B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and target new customers, including builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail clients. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct client visits to understand their requirements and propose suitable marble/stone solutions. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and quotations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote marble products across different segments. Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials like brochures, catalogs, and product displays. Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. Update and manage the company's website and online product listings. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1-5 years of sales/marketing experience in the marble, tiles, construction, or interior materials industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software. Knowledge of the marble industry, stone types, processing methods, and trends is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
