We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell IVD products, including diagnostic reagents, analyzers, and medical devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships with diagnostic labs and hospitals, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell IVD products (reagents, kits, instruments) to diagnostic labs, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Generate leads, schedule client meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as lab managers, pathologists, and purchase heads.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical presentations to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and trends.
Coordinate with technical and service teams for customer onboarding and support.
Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and promotional events.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and marketing activity updates regularly.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and branding activities.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in IVD/medical device sales or diagnostics marketing.
Skills Needed:
Strong knowledge of IVD products, diagnostic workflows, and lab equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
