Job Description
Role: The main objective is to ensure all customersreceive exceptional care. This is key to Hiflo getting repeat business andbuilding our overall reputation.Responsibilities:
- Ensure strong Outstanding Customer Satisfaction on Hiflo's Products by maintaining ethical working relationship.
- Maintain, Develop, update Clients Database Completely with related respects.
- Serving and maintaining existing customers schedules and orders on weekly basis on ensuring delivery promptly.
- Recording the data of new leads, customers and samples list and converting them to Repeat Orders.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence business leaders.
- Sustain and maintain an up-to-date daily reporting record.
- Identifying and penetrating new geography
- To keep records of telemarketing scripts, profile Brouchers, fliers fact file, payment follow up, introduction letter and Script and updating frequently on changes.
