Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our high-quality bricks and construction materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction or building materials industry and possess strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.

Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach new clients such as builders, contractors, developers, and construction companies.

Promote and sell bricks to meet or exceed sales targets.
*

Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client requirements.
*

Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
*

Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
*

Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
*

Maintain daily records of customer calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
*

Skills

Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; a diploma or degree in sales, marketing, or civil engineering is a plus.
*

1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction/building materials).
*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
*

Basic computer literacy and reporting skills.
*

Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
