Job Description

Sales:

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and close sales Promote and sell electric vehicles (EVs) to walk-in and potential customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV models and finance options. Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and explain product features. Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into buyers. Maintain strong product knowledge of EVs, including specifications, benefits, and incentives. Assist customers with loan/financing, insurance, and registration processes. Stay updated with EV industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and delivery process is followed.

Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the automotive market Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends Manage digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.) Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and showroom displays Coordinate with dealerships, service centers, and suppliers

Key Skills & Expertise:

Deep knowledge of automobile features, specifications, and trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools Customer relationship management Understanding of local market and consumer behavior Sales forecasting and reporting

Typical Background:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive Engineering Automotive sales or dealership experience. 1-3 years of experience in automobile sales (EV experience preferred).
