We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and implementing effective marketing strategies to boost company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Conduct market research and competitor analysis Prepare and submit regular sales reports Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or marketing Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
