Job Title- Sales, Marketing and Business Development Lead manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Generate new leads through direct outreach, referrals, industry contacts, and market research.
Identify new products through lead generation.
Approach newly generated leads for sales of existing products. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and manage key customers and accounts.
Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify
new industries, applications, and geographies
for existing chemical products.
Develop strategies to enter
new domestic and export markets
.
Evaluate customer technical requirements and coordinate with R&D / production for customized solutions.
Identify opportunities for
new product development
, toll manufacturing, or contract manufacturing.
Build strategic partnerships with customers and agents.
3. Marketing & Brand Building
Develop and execute simple but effective marketing plans suitable for a growing company.
Represent the company at
trade fairs, exhibitions, customer visits, and industry events
.
Support creation of marketing materials (brochures, datasheets, presentations, website content).
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.
Collect market feedback and customer insights for management review.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers.
Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, or pricing in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure long-term customer retention and repeat business.
Maintain CRM records of leads, customers, opportunities, and follow-ups.
5. Strategic & Management Support
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
Provide inputs for capacity planning and production scheduling based on sales pipeline.
Assist management in pricing strategy, credit policy, and business planning.
Contribute to building sales systems and processes as the company grows.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
