Responsibilities (Marketing Executive):

Develop & execute marketing strategies (online & offline) Conduct market research & identify trends Run digital campaigns & boost brand visibility

Responsibilities (Sales Executive):

Drive sales of tech-driven products/services Generate leads (inbound + outbound) Provide technical pre-sales support Meet & exceed sales targets

Salary & Incentives:

First 3 Months (Probation): ₹10,000/month

After 3 Months: ₹20,000/month

Performance-Based Incentives

in addition to fixed salary

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills Strong knowledge of IT/software products Goal-oriented & target-driven Digital marketing knowledge (for Marketing Executive)
