- Identifying new projects in the market.
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Selling high value technical products in the market like Steel, Ceramics, chemical, pharma, heavy engineering etc.
- Application based customised sales of products through detailed engineering site study submitting quotes, negotiations and finally closing the orders as per company\xe2\x80\x99s policy.
- Identifying current and future customer requirements, understanding their sales by establishing personal rapport.
- Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule, DCR etc.
- Payment collection.
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/seminars and reviewing professional publications.
- Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records
- Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
