Presenting residential project and plans to brokers and potential clients.
Follow-ups with potential clients interested in Residential housing/ Commercial shops.
Establish and maintain relationship with clients
Coordination with clients and booking appointments to show the property to prospective buyers
Attending existing clients at site and coordinating with them on the phone, handling incoming enquiry calls, preparing daily lead generation report, following up with leads, preparing prospect list networking.
Meeting monthly, quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly targets of sales.
Positive attitude for doing 3-5 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales
Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage
Active listening & Good communication skills, Social Media Skills, Problem-solving, Presentation, and Organizational skills
Ability to understand the requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects
High levels of passion & Confidence and fearless attitude
Education: - Any Graduate.
Real Estate experience require must (min 2/3 years)
