Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry contacts.
2. Sales & Client Management
Visit customers to present and explain company products and solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
3. Technical Consultation & Proposal Support
Provide technical guidance to customers based on their requirements.
Coordinate with engineering teams to offer feasible and cost-effective solutions.
Support techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
4. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication, support, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
5. Sales Operations, Billing & Documentation
Prepare and manage
sales quotations, sales invoices, and delivery challans (DC)
.
Handle
vendor registration documentation
with customers.
Prepare and manage E-Way Bills for material dispatch.
Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams for dispatch, billing, and documentation compliance.
6. Credit Management & Payment Follow-up
Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers for timely collections and resolve billing issues.
7. Marketing & Continuous Improvement
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Suggest improvements in sales strategies and service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and applicable regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in industrial sectors involving high-tech equipment.
Strong technical knowledge and ability to discuss complex product specifications confidently.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Ability to travel as needed.
Self-motivated
with the ability to work independently in building a new market presence.
Preferred Skills:
Preferred 2years Experience as Sales & Marketing Engineer in Industrial Automation, Electrical Panel & Electrical Products.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, Microsoft Office suite and CRM software to manage sales processes effectively.
Requirement:
Should have two wheeler (Petrol Allowance will be provided).
Ready to travel anywhere within india (Travel Allowance will be provided).
Reasonable phone bills will be reimbursed, recognizing the necessity of communication in sales activities
