Act as a technical consultant, thoroughly understanding the customer's specific testing requirements including compliance standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO).
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key technical decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Opportunity Closure:
Manage the technical sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, negotiating complex technical quotations and sales terms.
Marketing & Business Development
Market Feedback:
Systematically collect, analyze, and report on field-based market intelligence, including competitive product analysis and emerging customer testing requirements, to inform the company's product roadmap.
Technical Content:
Develop field-ready technical sales tools, presentations, and application notes.
Trade Show Representation:
Actively participate and represent the company at regional and national industry trade shows, exhibitions, and technical workshops.

Proposal Generation:
Prepare detailed, technically accurate, and commercially sound quotations, proposals, and tender responses, outlining equipment specifications, performance guarantees, and delivery timelines.
Technical Handoff:
Ensure seamless communication between the customer's technical team and our internal engineering and service departments for successful equipment installation and commissioning.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Graduates / Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Instrumentation).
Experience:
3-5 years of proven experience in technical field sales with a strong preference for testing and laboratory equipment
Field Readiness:
Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively and independently. Experience managing a sales territory is essential.
Communication & Presentation:
Exceptional ability to deliver persuasive technical presentations and communicate complex solutions effectively to both technical and executive targeted customers.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ERP) for territory management and reporting.
