Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop

white-label business opportunities

with new and existing clients. Build long-term relationships with start-ups, established brands, and distributors in the herbal & cosmetic sector. Conduct market research to spot trends in herbal, organic, and cosmetic products. Collaborate with the R&D team to propose product ideas and customization options for clients. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events to generate leads. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales forecasts; track performance metrics. Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new white-label partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in

B2B sales or marketing

, preferably in herbal, cosmetic, FMCG, or contract/white-label manufacturing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of branding, packaging, and product development processes. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.
