Job Location:

Remote/Hybrid

Position Overview:

This position is required to drive B2B business. Build B2B relationships, plan & executes sales strategies, negotiate contracts and meet revenue targets for this segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, revenue management and leadership to maximize revenue and strengthen brand positioning.
2. Monitor all the sales calls and daily team performance and provide timely updates to the management for informed decision making.
3. Ensure OTA listings, marketing campaigns and online presence are continuously optimized to boost visibility and revenue.
4. Drive team efficiency, proactively address task delays and maintain high standards of execution and output quality.
5. Be hands on and capable of temporarily stepping into any execution task during staff gaps to prevent disruption..

Degree/ Diploma in any Sales & Marketing

Experience In Years:

3 to 7 years

Industry Experience:

Hospitality Industry/Travel & Tourism/Premium Retail (Luxury Brands, Lifestyle, Electronics, Automobiles)

Languages:

Fluent in English and Hindi

Skills & Personal Attributes:

1. Strong communication and should be ready to take responsibility.
2. Well-versed with Google Sheets.
3. Adaptable, proactive and collaborative problem-solver.
4. Organized & multitasking.
5. Detail-oriented.
6. Troubleshooting abilities.

Fixed Pay (Monthly):

Rs. 25,000 - 35,000
