MYTRA is India's all-in-one platform for motorcycle enthusiasts. Riders can plan rides, join clubs, buy/sell bikes or gear, and discover local services -- all in one place. We're building a growing biker community and are looking for someone who can help us connect with more riders, clubs, and businesses.

Role Overview

We're looking for a

Marketing & Sales Coordinator

who will be the voice of MYTRA with the community. The role involves reaching out to riders, onboarding clubs, connecting with biking-related businesses, and creating simple, engaging content for emails and social media.

Most of your time will be spent on

calls, emails, and coordination

, so strong communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

Call and onboard new riders, clubs, and biking businesses Coordinate with clubs for ride events and collaborations Send follow-up emails, handle queries, and maintain records Support sales efforts by pitching MYTRA Local and MotoResell Create simple content for emails, WhatsApp updates, and social posts Share rider feedback with the team to improve experience
Must-Have Skills

Good spoken and written communication (English + Hindi; regional languages a plus) Comfortable making calls and sending professional emails Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook) Ability to work independently and stay organized
Good to Have

Passion for biking or experience in automotive/lifestyle communities Prior internship or experience in sales, community, or marketing Content writing / Canva / social media posting skills Running online marketing and digital ad campains.
