Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Present, promote, and sell solar products and services to potential customers.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility and quotations.
Achieve a minimum of 5 project closures per month
as per company targets.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure post-sale service coordination.
Prepare regular sales updates and market feedback reports for management.
Willingness to travel across Kerala for business development
Requirements:
Male candidates preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in
solar sales/marketing
(On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid systems).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic technical knowledge of solar energy solutions is an advantage.
