highly experienced and well-connected Sales & Marketing Manager

with a

strong network across Chhattisgarh

and

hands-on expertise in core cement sales

.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development



Drive

sales growth

by developing and implementing effective sales strategies for cement products. Build, manage, and expand

dealer, distributor, and retail networks

across

Chhattisgarh

. Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth across all assigned regions. Identify and acquire

new business opportunities

in untapped markets.

Marketing & Brand Development



Plan and execute

marketing campaigns

, promotional activities, and trade engagement programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to

enhance brand visibility and customer reach

. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to build strong brand positioning.

Channel & Relationship Management



Maintain strong relationships with

dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project consultants

. Negotiate pricing, incentives, and schemes with channel partners. Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to

stay ahead of competition

. Provide

timely MIS reports

on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights. Analyze data to make informed decisions and suggest strategies for market expansion.

Key Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Sales, Marketing, Business Administration

or equivalent. MBA preferred.

Experience:

Minimum

5-10 years

of

core cement sales & marketing experience

. Must have a

strong professional network across Chhattisgarh

. Proven track record of

achieving and exceeding sales targets

.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent knowledge of

cement products, industry trends, and competitor landscape

. Strong dealer, distributor, and institutional network in Chhattisgarh. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems

. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Language Proficiency:

Hindi and English fluency is mandatory.
