The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties. Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate listings.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Manage social media accounts and online presence to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Organize and participate in marketing events, such as property launches and community outreach programs.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
