Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive

to promote our IT courses and services, generate leads, and convert prospects into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through

calls, social media, referrals, and walk-ins

Explain course details clearly to students, professionals, and parents Convert enquiries into

paid enrollments

Conduct

counselling sessions

(online/offline) Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio Coordinate with trainers and operations team Plan and execute

marketing campaigns

, promotions, and events Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel and submit daily reports Meet

monthly sales targets

Required Skills



Excellent

communication & negotiation skills

Strong convincing and follow-up ability Basic knowledge of

IT courses / EdTech sales

Familiar with
