Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through
calls, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
Explain course details clearly to students, professionals, and parents
Convert enquiries into
paid enrollments
Conduct
counselling sessions
(online/offline)
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio
Coordinate with trainers and operations team
Plan and execute
marketing campaigns
, promotions, and events
Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel and submit daily reports
Meet
monthly sales targets
consistently
Required Skills
Excellent
communication & negotiation skills
Strong convincing and follow-up ability
Basic knowledge of
IT courses / EdTech sales
