Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to meet monthly targets.
Identify new markets and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, client meetings and on-site visits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships (residential & commercial).
Understand customer energy needs and offer suitable solar solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
Stay updated on solar products and market trends.
Prepare sales reports and analyze market/competitor activity.
Candidate Requirements
Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills (English & Hindi).
Prior experience in solar/renewable energy preferred.
Willing to travel; Must have a valid driver's license (own vehicle preferred).
