Nature of Opportunity:
Independent Direct Selling / Commission-Based Role
Not a salaried employment position
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products through
approved online and offline channels
Engage with potential customers in
local languages within your local area
, as well as at a
Pan-India level
Build and maintain customer relationships
Participate in product and sales training sessions
Eligibility:
Open to students, working professionals, homemakers, retirees, and career returners
No prior sales experience required (training provided)
Ability to communicate effectively in local language; Hindi/English is an advantage
Compensation & Payment Cycle:
Commission: ?338 per confirmed sale
Incentive: ?501 for every two confirmed sales
Payments are processed weekly, typically every Wednesday, subject to sales confirmation and company payout policy
Earnings are
100% performance-based
and depend on individual effort
