Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to lead our B2B sales efforts and marketing strategies. This role involves a hands-on approach to identifying and engaging with potential business clients, devising effective marketing plans, and working closely with the design team to create compelling social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing, possessing the ability to drive growth and increase market share in the competitive hyperlocal delivery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the Kolkata area.
- Lead and coordinate marketing efforts, including market research, brand strategy, and the execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and effective marketing materials and social media content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and manage social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, analysis, and engagement to enhance online presence and community engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members, to foster collaboration and drive business results.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on B2B sales and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing plans.
