Sales & Marketing Executives
who are passionate about promoting renewable energy.
The role involves
field marketing, lead generation, and sales conversion
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting site visits, explaining product benefits, and closing sales deals. Candidates should be self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads for solar system sales.
Conduct field visits and marketing campaigns to identify prospects.
Present solar power solutions and prepare quotations.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Qualification:
UG/PG (Any discipline)
; preference for candidates with a marketing background.
Experience:
0-3 years
in field sales/marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Incentives + Fuel Allowance + Office Support
